| Job Description |
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, marketing and developing HVAC mechanical solution projects. The incumbent must be aggressive in developing new customers and new market channels. Daily responsibilities include sites surveys, estimating, preparing and prosing consultative sales and proposals to meet the customer’s needs and financial revenue and gross profit dollar goals of the company.

| Skills |
The ideal candidate should possess complete knowledge and understanding of mechanics systems equipment, duct and pipe routing. The incumbent must have practical knowledge of renovation design process, building systems and infrastructure. The incumbent must also have general knowledge of the international Mechanical code. The incumbent must understand the financial HVAC sale cycle and have proven ability to develop new business, promote the sale of add-on work and aggressively close sales. Excellent presentation skills, verbally and written are required. |
