Originally we were told that we would achieve cost savings of 25% or more on energy usage and the Calvert-Jones team felt they were being conservative as we were also contracting their service department to perform all service & maintenance. In actuality, we are now realizing a 40% savings and expecting a payback in just 18-months, versus the original estimate of 3 years.

The Calvert-Jones team has also corrected other issues that were adding to comfort problems and energy-consumption with the help of the Tridium System now that we can access the equipment parameters "on-line" and set up schedules with more ease of use.
